Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Maghull attend record breaking Mayor o

Mayor of Maghull Cllr Sandra Williams, Mayor and Mayoress of Sefton Cllr Paul Cummins and wife Carol and Deputy Mayor of Maghull Cllr Steve Kermode.




Mayor of Maghull Cllr Sandra Williams and Deputy Mayor Cllr Steve Kermode were special guests of Mayor of Sefton Cllr Paul Cummins at the Mayor's Ball.


Cllrs Williams and Kermode joined more than 250 people at the glittering event at Southport Theatre and Convention Centre for the charity event.

The ball was in aid of the Mayor of Sefton's Charity and raised a record £8,000.

Mayor of Maghull, Cllr Williams, said she was delighted to represent the town at the event.

Deputy Mayor of Maghull Cllr Steve Kermode with Mayor of Sefton Cllr Paul Cummins.Cllr Williams said: "Cllr Kermode and I were absolutely delighted to represent Maghull at the Mayor of Sefton's Charity Ball.

"The Mayor of Sefton's charity, like the Mayor of Maghull's charity, support lots of good local causes and it is great that we could support Cllr Paul Cummins."

Cllr Kermode said: "Maghull Town Council would like to congratulate Mayor of Sefton Cllr Cummins for a fantastic event and raising so much for good causes in the borough."
