Bill Esterson MP chatted to other guests and enjoyed the musical entertainment provided by the woman only group 'Singing Our Socks Off'.
Bill Esterson said: "I am really pleased I could support St James' in Maghull by going along to their garden party.
"The strawberry tea was excellent and my wife, Caroline really appreciated the geraniums which I bought from one of the stalls at the party.
"Lots of people were there and we all enjoyed the singing from 'Singing Our Socks Off'.
"It was great to chat to people and to spend some time with Sue Jones, the fantastic vicar at St James'. Sue showed me the memorial garden which offers a beautiful, quiet place for people to remember loved ones."
