Maghull Labour Action Team has contacted One Vision to call for them to investigate residents' complaints about parking on Church Road.
Residents have contacted Maghull Labour Action Team's Lynn Gatherer for help after receiving notification from One Vision telling them they could no longer park on the grass.
Locals say they are forced to park on the green because of the limited parking availability on the road.
Since the grass parking ban, residents say the even greater number of cars on the road is now causing chaos and could even be dangerous.
However some residents have complained that the greens have become a quagmire because there are so many cars parking on them.
Maghull mum and Labour Action Team leader, Lynn Gatherer said: "We were contacted by a number of Church Road residents who brought concerns to us about a letter which One Vision Housing sent out. The letter stated that residents can no longer drive or park on the grass and that One Vision Housing has asked local police to patrol the area to enforce this.
"Some residents are concerned that driving and parking on the grass has always been allowed by One Vision Housing because of very limited parking available on the road. Since One Vision Housing stopped this, we have been told that the council’s refuse vehicles have struggled to get past the parked cars.
"We have contacted One Vision Housing to look into this and they have confirmed they are investigating the concerns Maghull Labour Action Team raised with them and will see how we can all come to a solution everybody is happy with."
